Once you have completed the application material please email it to permits@yso.com. Staff will review the application for completeness and then call you to collect payment.

Building Permits

• Building Permits - New, Additions, Electric, Gas Line, Mechanical, Decks, etc.
• Re-Submittal

Once you have completed the appropriate forms, and building plans are complete, please email them to permits@yso.com. Staff will then call you to collect the initial deposit, full payment will be obtained once the plans are approved. More information on Building Permits can be found here.

Public Works

• Working in the Right-of-way permit - $50.00 - expires 30 days from scheduled date of completion
• Stormwater Mitigation Plan 
  • The new Stormwater Guidelines are in effect per Ordinance 2020-28, requiring all new structures must have a stormwater mitigation plan.  Click here for the guidelines.
