Ability to Attend In-Person

To provide full access to Council Meetings for those who may not have reliable internet or phone service, Room A&B at the John Bryan Center will be open to the public during Council Meetings. Social distancing and masks are required to attend. This provision allows for in-person comments during the appropriate section(s) of the meeting. A moderator will be on-hand to assist community members who wish to attend and/or participate. RSVP is not required at this time but recommended to ensure capacity limitations are not exceeded. Meetings begin at 7pm and the doors will remain open throughout the duration of the meeting.

Room A&B is located on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Center. Please enter the building through the Dispatch entrance, and take the elevator on the right to the 2nd floor. After exiting the elevator turn right, then turn right again and enter the 2nd door on the right. Public attendees are asked to silence cell phones to help avoid distractions.

Public Comments during Council Meetings:

The Public may also participate by emailing the Council Clerk at during the Public Comment/Public Hearing section of each item when Council President opens the matter for Public Comment/Public Hearing section.

If you experience an issue during the live meeting, you can still submit your comments to the Council Clerk by email.

Effective April 5th, the zoom system will require the public to request permission to unmute. Also, due to Sunshine Law requirements, the Chatbox will be disabled to prevent an unofficial dialogue between the public and council members.
