The Village of Yellow Springs is known for it's unique, community events. The first step to ensuring an events success is to fill out and submit an application for approval. All events that are in need of the following must be filtered through the Parks & Recreation department to confirm any fees, various department collaboration, and final approval:

1. Use of government/public buildings/property/resources
2. Road closures 
3. Government Personnel/Public Works/YSPD
