Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio

Effective May 3, 2023, the Village of Yellow Springs requires a vendor's license for all Solicitors and Itinerant Vendors selling goods within Village limits.

If you are interested in vending in the Village of Yellow Springs, you must complete a Vendor's License Application (see below) and pay the registration fee before getting approved by the YSPD.

During regular business hours, applications and payments are received at the Utility window located at the John Bryan Center: 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio. Vendors are fully registered after submitting their paid vendor form to the dispatch window for final approval.

If you are registering outside of regular business hours, applications and payments can be accepted at the YSPD dispatch window for approval.

$50 one-year registration
