The Village is offering a biometric health screening for eligible people that work in the Village. Limited spots available, so don’t wait! Registration closes April 12th.
A biometric screening is used to measure your risk for certain health issues. The screening collects key numbers. It measures things like blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose. It can also measure your body mass index (BMI). During your screening, a nurse will be present to ask you questions, get your weight and measurements, and take your blood pressure. The screening also includes a quick blood draw-and depends on the location that you choose.
On April 25th from 1-4, Quest will be doing biometric screenings in the A&B Room on the 2nd floor of the John Bryan Center. If you have any other questions about the program give please contact Erica Thomas at 937-767-3402 or ethomas@yso.com.
To be eligible for the $75 reward and more, please follow the steps outlined below:
1) taking the health assessment online
