Work continues on N. Walnut Street as the stormwater project crew move towards Cliff Street. With new road closed signs now positioned, the following intersections/roads are closed to through traffic:

Pedestrians are asked to reroute their walking to avoid these dangerous areas, specifically the stormwater trench on N. Walnut Street near Cliff. The work crew is doing its best to plate and cover the exposed area, but due to the trench & debris, and the possibility of injury (to a pedestrian, as well as a dog being walked), it is best to error on the side of caution and avoid this area.

The projected plan is for the project to move onto Cliff Street by the end of the week, and re-opening the non-impacted areas to through traffic.
