Ohio's Spring Severe Weather Week

The beginning of Spring also raises awareness around storm season. March 19-25 is recognized as "Ohio's Spring Severe Weather Awareness Week," and Greene County Public Health has issued helpful tips and reminders about preparedness.

Across the 88 Ohio counties, many local communities are participating in the statewide tornado drill on Wednesday, March 22nd at 9:50am to test shelter & emergency plans. In the event that an alarm is sounded, or an increase of emergency activity is recognized, please do not be alarmed. If an actual emergency, public notices will be released.
