Pending FDA evaluation, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HSS), will begin offering booster shots as early as the week of September 20 to all fully vaccinated Americans, starting 8 months after the second dose. Slated to begin booster eligibility are those who received vaccination the earliest (front line workers, seniors, etc...)
