Mills Lawn School

A National School of Excellence
Our staff members, parents, and members of the broader Yellow Springs community are dedicated to excellence in education at service to our students.

Above all else, Mills Lawn strives to be a good place for people to be - a place where intriguing things go on throughout the day. Mills Lawn is a place where people arrive early and enjoy lingering at the end of the day. We want our school to be an exciting place where children and adults learn in an atmosphere of warmth, cooperation, and respect.

At the Community Children's Center (CCC), we strive to provide children with a consistent daily rhythm, a safe and inviting environment and age and developmentally appropriate, nourishing experiences. Our qualified teachers are warmly responsive to the needs of each child. We keep our child-to-teacher ratios lower than most other child care centers and lower than the state requires.

Antioch College

Antioch University Midwest

Antioch University Midwest, established in 1988, offers academic programs for adults that are responsive to emerging societal needs. Each program encourages critical thinking, provides opportunities for collaborative learning, emphasizes cultural diversity and an international perspective, and promotes the integration of life and work experience with academic knowledge. We believe that education is most effective when students, faculty, staff, and administration unite as a community of learners.
