Former Stuzman's Property RFP

The Village of Yellow Springs is seeking proposals from parties interested in acquiring a lease interest in property owned by the Village on State Route 68 north of the Village limits. The land has been used in recent years as the site of Stutzman's Nursery under a leasehold interest with the Village that has now been terminated by the Village. It is the intent of the Village to now procure a new user for the site in conformance with the long range goals for the Village and surrounding areas.
