Cooperative Economic Development Agreement
In 2002, the Village entered into a Cooperative Economic Development Agreement
with surrounding Miami Township. The terms of the agreement allow for a smoother
process for annexation and utility extension for the purpose of economic development
on specified properties. At this time, 3 such properties on the western side
