Village Council Notes

March 18th, 2008

Yellow Springs Village Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 31 beginning at 6:00 pm.  In the first two hours, Council will hold a work session with Planning Commission to discuss the updated Comprehensive Plan.  At 8:00 pm, Council will hold a 2nd reading and public hearing for 2008 Annual Appropriations otherwise known as the budget.

The next regular meeting of Council will be on April 7 at 7:00 pm. Items on the agenda include a discussion of maximizing the Village website as a communication tool; developing criteria for electronic distribution of Council meeting documents; a local noise ordinance issue; developing a scheduling calendar for 2008 Council projects and presentations on the Glass Farm greenspace detention area and the Little Miami Scenic River.

The community is heartily welcomed to all Village Council meetings which are held in Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the Bryan Center.
