SPECIAL MEETING-MINUTES

IN Council Chambers March 24, 2005

CALL TO ORDER
Arnett called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

ROLL CALL
Tony Arnett, Mary Alexander, Jocelyn Hardman and Denise Swinger were present.

AGENDA ITEM: Interviews with Bruce Rickenbach @ 6:30 p.m.; Connie Gahagan @ 7:00 p.m.

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code #121.22 (G)(1) Personnel-Appointment, Hardman MOVED and Swinger SECONDED a MOTION to ADJOURN into an Executive Session. The MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

Swinger MOVED and Hardman SECONDED a MOTION to RETURN to the General Session. The MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further business, Alexander MOVED and Swinger SECONDED a MOTION to ADJOURN. The MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY at 7:35 p.m.
