SPECIAL MEETING - Minutes

IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS FEBRUARY 28, 2004

CALL TO ORDER

President Tony Arnett called the meeting to order at 9:40 a.m.

ROLL CALL

Tony Arnett, Denise Swinger, Mary Alexander, Jocelyn Hardman and George Pitstick were present. The Village Manager Rob Hillard was also present.

AGENDA ITEM

Discussion regarding Financial Plan Materials. Arnett presented several documents for review by Council. Council reviewed and discussed the documents, which included four-year financial projections for the General Fund, Electric Fund, Water Fund, Wastewater Fund and the Solid Waste Fund, Capital Expenses 2005-2010, Population Growth/Loss, Job Growth/Loss, Options to Increase Revenue, Utility Fees, Taxes, Electric Utility, Options to Reduce Expenses, Capital Expenditures and comparison costs with other municipalities. (See attached materials).

ADJOURNMENT

Having no further business, Pitstick MOVED and Hardman SECONDED a MOTION to ADJOURN. The MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY at 11:52 a.m.
