NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission has recommended an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the following purposes:

• Revise the Urban Service Area map and edit references to it
• Reference the revised Annexation Policy

Council has prepared legislation to enact those recommendations.

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE LEGISLATION BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF YELLOW SPRINGS:

LOCATION: Council Chambers, 2 nd floor, Bryan Center , 100 Dayton Street , Yellow Springs , OH 45387

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. A draft of the proposed changes may be examined at the office of the Clerk of Council or the office of the Village Planner, Second Floor, Bryan Community Center , 100 Dayton Street , Yellow Springs , Ohio .
