NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Antioch University has submitted a petition to amend the zoning district classification for a 10-acre parcel at the northwest corner of East Enon Road and Dayton Street to Educational Institution District. The recently annexed property is currently zoned Agricultural under Miami Township regulations. The property is part of two parcels (F19000100200000400 & F19000100200000300) totaling 46 acres owned by Education Village, Inc.
A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE PETITION BY THE VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS PLANNING COMMISSION:

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The petition and application may be examined at the office of the Village Planner, Second Floor, Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio.
