Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that Village Council is considering an amendment to the Zoning Code to change the quorum requirement for the Board of Zoning Appeals from 4 of the 5 members to 3 of the 5 members. The Planning Commission, at their October 10, 2005 meeting, recommended this amendment for passage.

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS:

This notice provides you and every other interested party the opportunity to appear or have input at the hearing. You may come in person or have someone appear on your behalf. You may express your views in writing by providing a copy to the Clerk of Council for inclusion in the record of the hearing. The draft ordinance may be examined at the Council Chambers in the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio.
