PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The proprietor of Dolbeer’s Cleaners, along with the building owner, Bob Baldwin, request a variance for the sign they have attached to the roof of the building section they occupy at 111 Corry St. Otherwise, Ordinance Chapter 1276.03(a)(3) prohibits roof-mounted signs in all districts.
Michael and Anita Brown request a variance to the setback requirement for an
accessory structure (storage shed) they have erected in the S.E. corner of their property at 106 E. Whiteman St. (corner of Xenia Ave.). Ordinance Chapter 1278.02(a), Supplementary Regulations, requires a ten-foot setback from rear property lines and five feet from side property lines.
Mary R. Talen And Thomas Dozeman request a variance to setback
requirements in order to construct a new, detached garage at their home at 152 E. Limestone St. (corner of President St.) Their plan calls for the garage to be ten feet from the property line parallel to President St. Otherwise, Ordinance Chapter 1250.02 requires a fifteen-foot front setback in Residence District ‘C’.
