Planning and Permitting

The Planning, Zoning and Building Department is responsible for the functions of long and short range planning and review; updating and implementing the Village's zoning code; site and subdivision review; commercial mixed use zoning; code enforcement; building permitting, inspection and plans review; and implementation of the Ohio Statewide Building Code.
